Unpopular opinion: I like 2020. Iβve spent a lot of time alone working from home, and as someone who really, truly, genuinely NEEDS solitude to unwind and recharge, Iβve really enjoyed it.
As an introvert, I learned early on that it was up to me to carve out the time I needed to be by myself. My mom always joked that if they couldnβt find me when I was little, I was always tucked in a corner somewhere reading.
The ability to take a step back and shut out the noise and chaos of the outside world has served me well through the years. Iβve travelled to 32 countries on 5 different continents, and no matter how far away I go, I can always feel at home.
Iβm also unapologetic about shutting out noisy, chaotic people. I feel absolutely no need to give energy to people who zap mine, and if I let you in, itβs because something about you lights me up! πβ¨ #2020

Did a podcast yesterday for Bodybuilding.com all about breathing, then this popped up in my timeline. π€
https://lets.conqueryourcant.com I've seen a lot of fitness trends come and go (I mean, does anyone else even remember sandbag kettlebells?!) and by now I've gotten pretty numb to these ads in my timeline, but I just wanted to share this one because they make a really good point--that most fitness equipment is designed for already fit people and the point of entry for most non-fit people is a big box gym that's just going to try to sell you memberships and training that you might not be able to afford. This seems like a good alternative, and it reminds me of my favorite fitness devices, suspension systems and of course, Yoga Trapeze :)
