The Champions, the 2023-24 Boston Celitics Celebration Parade will be this Friday, starting at 11am at the Garden and ending in the afternoon/evening at Hynes Convention Center. In consideration of the traffic, the crowd and the partying; we are going the be closed this Friday. That said, go out, show the champs some love and enjoy the celebration! Be safe and see you Monday the 24th.

Are you a "yes" person?

Do you constantly feel overwhelmed, overtired, and overcommitted? It's time to establish some boundaries.

It's easy to get caught up in the never-ending cycle of doing things for other people. For many women, it's called "emotional labor": the work of nurturing and attending to other people's emotions.

But there's a tipping point where you're so consumed with helping everyone else - that you neglect our own needs.

Then you wonder why you're depressed, exhausted, and want nothing more than to hide under the covers.

Do yourself a big favor: practice setting healthy boundaries. You'll find yourself living a life based on your values, not based on other's demands and agendas.

You know the voice: the one that pops into your head whenever you're doing something new or challenging - or both!

"I'll never be able to do this."
"I'll never be able to hit my goal, so I might as well stop." πŸ›‘
"If I continue, I will throw up!" (Real.) 🀒

Train your mind to stop negativity in its tracks. The minute that negative self-talk speaks up, replace it with a positive (or at least more neutral) thought:

"I haven't mastered this yet, but I'm working on it."
"If I stop, it's 100% guaranteed that I won't hit my goal."
"This feeling will pass." (If it doesn't, go throw up.) 😜
