Chef Pellino adds specials and changes the menu seasonally. Our breads and pastas are made on the premises daily. Specialties include Salmon with a saffron sauce, Rack of lamb and Veal with spinach, fontina and proscuitto. Our customers favorites are still on the menu also: Angel hair with meatballs and eggplant parmesean.

Outdoor dining fee unfairly targets the North End and will cripple the small restaurants in the neighborhood! Fee of $7,500 + $500 per parking spot charged each month ONLY applies to the North End restaurants - all other Boston restaurants can have outdoor dining for free.

Please sign if you agree that these costs are unfair and disadvantage the North End businesses, especially the small mom-and-pop restaurants.

Our Story

Chef Francesco Pellino first opened the doors of Pellino’s Ristorante in 1992 to serve Italian cuisine with a provincial influence. Customer favorites, like garlic and rosemary seasoned rack of lamb, and veal “portofino” with spinach, prosciutto and fontina served a port wine glaze, have stayed on the menu for over twenty years. All Pellino’s pasta and bread is homemade here in our restaurant each day. Come visit us in Boston’s historic North End today!
