Our first Guest Chef edition features our dear friend Chef Nofre Diaz of Colonia Sant Jordi, Mallorca, Spain! Nofre is the Chef Owner of S’Arosseria Restaurant in Mallorca and is known for his Paellas, Gin-Tonics, and so much more 🥘

We will be hosting 2 events and they will benefit the Santa Cruz Lodge Project in Huaripampa, Peru! 🇵🇪

Tambo 22 presents our first ever South American Wine Pairing Dinner on Tuesday November 9th at 7PM!

Chef Duarte has created a 4 course dinner menu that pairs perfectly with each of the South American Wines!

Guests will taste 4 South American wines along the journey, a variety of red and white paired with dinner.

A farewell cocktail will conclude this culinary experience.
