SERV hosts a speaker series that includes a panel and networking opportunities. The panel discussions span a wide variety of topics from business and professional development, to event technology, vendor relations and marketing, all pertaining to the private events industry with a focus on restaurant venues.

Meet Kerry Lynch, Co-Founder of SERV. A Massachusetts native, Kerry fell in love with the hospitality industry while living in the mountains of Colorado. Over the years, she has built the Private Event arms of many of Boston’s hot spots. She is currently Director of Sales for Big Night Entertainment Group which boasts 17 venues in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Meet Courtney Myers McCabe, Treasurer of the SERV Board. With over 16 years in Boston's hospitality scene, she's grown from bartending to Sales and Marketing Director for COJE Management, overseeing iconic restaurants like Lo**ta and Yvonne's.
Meet Kelly Fay, Co-Founder and Vice President of SERV. Kelly, Director of Events at ES Hospitality, was born into a restaurant family and has been dedicated to elevating service & hospitality in the industry since.
Meet Lisa Flores, SERV Founder and President! In addition to being Columbus Hospitality Group’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Lisa is also a Professor at Boston University’s School of Hospitality. Her passion for hospitality and desire to share her knowledge with others is the reason SERV was first established in 2016 and is why this network of talented restaurant planners continues to stay connected today.
