Today we are highlighting former CASE Peer Mentor and MCPHS alum Cindy Le. Cindy reminds us that it is okay when things don't go as planned. She also reminds students in their final semester here at MCPHS that "the hard work you are putting in this semester will be worth it!"

Happy Black History Month Cardinals! Do you know the story of Mary Brickson Hill? Mary was the first Black woman to graduate from MCPHS in 1921. Hill practiced for one year in Boston before receiving an invitation from her sister, Bessie Hill, to assist with the small nursing home that she ran in Norfolk, VA. Hill moved, and together the sisters founded one of the first African-American healthcare centers in Norfolk. [Excerpt from an article written by our friends in Alumni Services. Happy Wellness Wednesday and National Hobby Month! Building healthy habits can include picking up a hobby that you enjoy. Two ways you can pick up a hobby is by joining a student organization at MCPHS or by joining intramural sports through the Colleges of the Fenway. Not sure how to fit a hobby into your schedule?
