My latest go-to simple and ultra healthy breakfast smoothie
1 handful of organic blueberries (loaded with antioxidants)
1 zero sugar Greek yogurt (12g protein)
2-3 spoonfuls of PB2 or PBFit (90% less fat, another 10g protein)
1.5 scoops of protein powder (30-40g protein)
1 spoonful of honey or raw honey , mostly for taste in my approach
Always water for a base
Roughly 50g+ protein!

March marks 2 full years in business at Seneca One - it’s been nothing short of a dream. The building has been the catalyst you’d imagine it to be, for commerce as well as serving as a bee hive for social interaction and building connections outside of the gym. Although titanic in size, it has made Buffalo seem even “smaller” to me. In the best way. I am so grateful to be here, that it feels silly to try to match that in words. With year 3 now beginning - the goal this year is to bring social media to life. I am fortunate, and proud to say that the schedule has been built to max capacity off of word of mouth. For that I thank my amazing clients and friends for spreading the word. The goal this year to help provide more value to the existing clientele and newcomers, via educational posts regarding exercises, stretches, nutritional recommendations, and even extracurricular or outdoor exercise without the weights. Attended the course in late January, in Orlando, Florida. Over the top amazing experience, not to mention the and had learned more in 2 days than I ever expected. Finally got through the online exam and have become officially TPI Level 1 Certified. A simple and tasty recipe you can count on!
This was 2 big servings worth
Peanut butter cacao and banana smoothie
Greens for a base - I used spinach and baby greens 50/50 mix — check last pic to see how much. I’d say as much as you’d use for an entire salad for yourself, it all breaks down just blend it 30+ seconds
1 Banana
4 spoonfuls of PB2 or PB Fit powdered peanut butter (way less fat)
2 spoonfuls of cacao powder
3 spoonfuls of zero or low fat Greek yogurt
2 scoops* of your preferred protein powder
3-4 ice cubes
Blend at least 30 seconds or more
Guaranteed to be good! Use more PB + cacao if more taste needed
Never will I take for granted my ability to perform my job and perform it to my best ability. To say I am grateful for where this path has lead me, falls very, very short. Not a day goes by where I don’t feel as though I am stepping into the arena when I show up for work and I have priceless, greater than great mentors to thank endlessly for that. I’ve worked dozens of jobs and the hardest of labor. Even a full service gas station in the depths of winter back in the day, coming in to train clients at night after 8 hours in the cold. I will never lose touch of what that felt like and nothing could ever compare to getting to work alongside you guys, who are showing up on your own will + own gas tank with everything else in your life going on. Absolutely gorgeous day in Buffalo — we’ve broken through to the unofficial start of summer and what comes with that, is more and more outside activity while we can fit it all in. One fun way I like to mix it up is to get outside on my bike and explore the city up close.
