Spending less time at the gym and more time outside. And I'm OK with that. I'm learning to do things that are healthy, not only for my physical health but my mental health too. A bird just pooped on me, that don't happen in the gym🤣🤣

Workouts don't always happen in the gym. Some days you get up and go to the gym and some days you don't, and that's OK. Sometimes I hop on my bike and do what is good for my soul, some days I sleep in and skip the gym all together. I'm learning that I don't have to be at the gym everyday for my body to feel good.
Transformation Tuesday! I'm not even sure where to begin! The picture on the left is me right before I started making small healthy choices in my life. It wasn't easy and A LOT of tears fell out of my eyes. I was eating in a way that was not beneficial to my body, mind or spirit. I wasn't moving my body and I was exhausted all of the time and I was smoking. Fast forward to now⏭️ I eat in a way that I'm not depriving myself, that is fueling my body and soul. I get as much movement in as I can without over doing it. My mental health is better and I feel good in my body mist days.
