I have been concerned about the invasion of Ukraine for sometime. Now it is happened.
It's also telling which way strong arms of government will begin to affect democracies.
There are no words enough to explain… but this is the beginning of many democratic ends I fear.
My heart goes out to the people of Ukraine as they are being hit from land air and sea.

Zumba with Jess is finally coming back home to Dance Union in Somerville! Since the pandemic we have ventured indoors but were fortunate to have , ( which we❤️) as our second home. We’ve danced in the heat, rain, and cold, but now it’s time to take the party inside where We can control the weather instead of the other way around, right?

What a night it was! The fabulous Nicole Eckhardt stepped in for Darshika N. at Zumba Outdoors in Inman Square.
We ran the gamut for Latin rhythms and more!

Woo Hoo! I’m 5 months post a Total Knee Replacement and finally able to return to my 1st love - Barre❤️
If you find yourself in need of this surgery…Do It, Do the required rehab exercises, and don’t be afraid to push through the pain. Everybody goes through it, but you get out of it what you put into it.

OXYCODONE FREE!
Using a cane( only when fatigued), working hard with a personal trainer and a PT, using a recumbent bicycle and dusted off my to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Pushing through the pain and trying to work my ass off to reach a higher level of fitness.
It’s been eight weeks post knee replacement surgery….
