The Body Mechanic specializes in servicing and repairing the Human Machine. Our fitness classes and Massage Therapy will destress and detoxify your body, and help you to resist injury. Our signature class is Dynamic Power Training which offers student an opportunity to experience a Power Yoga Fusion class which has hybrid elements of martial arts, functional training and deep breathing exercises.

It was 18 years ago today, June 9, 2006. That was the day that I officially left my comfortable full-time job as a software developer to pursue my passion — helping others to move better, feel better, and to master the art of living life with passion. And this year, 2024, marks 18 years of being The Body Mechanic full-time ❤️. And, serendipitously, I realized just now that I have now been The Body Mechanic full-time just as long as I was a software developer full-time (18 years)! Quite a momentous time indeed. I have worked with, and continue to work with, so many wonderful clients over the years, and I plan to continue this journey for, you guessed it...another 70 years. Then I’ll consider retiring! I want to take this time to say, Thank you, to all you mechaniacs, for helping me to achieve my goals! I love each and every one of you❤️

DPT — Did you know that “Jeff Bridges” is good for your overall health? Well, not the actor, but the exercises! The 5-point Bridge is one of those exercises that can build significant Flexible-Strength throughout the entire spine, including the digestive organs, as well as strengthen the glutes and legs.
