During the week of January 22nd-January 26th, Crosspointe will provide meals to families experiencing homelessness and living in temporary housing at Family Promise of the Triangle.
We typically provide meals for 3-5 families, each consisting of at least one adult and two or more children. Because of the transitional situations of these families, we will not know the family makeup or their dietary restrictions until Thursday, January 18th.
Meal delivery is requested by 5pm each day to the Family Promise Day Center in Raleigh.

Join us in your favorite pajamas this Sunday, Kidspointe!
Sometime in the next 24 hours, would you be willing to share a sentence (or a few on what Crosspointe means to you? The difference this church community has made in your life or the life of your loved ones (whether you participate in-person or online) A perspective in you that's changed for the better? Anything along those lines.
Please email responses to [email protected]. All responses will stay anonymous unless you give your permission to share your name.

Every now and then, all of us need reminders of why what we're doing matters. So, thank you for helping us make that happen.
Kidspointe Families: Let's deck the Treehouse, Clubhouse, and Warehouse Halls in red and green this Sunday, December 10th!
Yesterday, we were honored to have Dr. Paula Stone Williams preach at both our in-person and online services.
Paula is an internationally known speaker on gender equity, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and religious tolerance. As a transgender woman, Paula brings a unique perspective to her work on gender equity. Paula's story became very public when over a decade ago, at the age of 60, while holding several prominent positions within the Christian ministry world, Paula made the decision to transition from male to female. Almost instantly, her influence within evangelical Christianity disappeared and she faced an intense amount of rejection and isolation.
Paula shared some of that journey yesterday in her sermon with us and walks through it much more in detail in her book, "As a Woman: What I Learned about Power, S*x, and the Patriarchy After I Transitioned."
Today, Paula serves as a pastoral counselor, corporate consultant, and a speaker coach for the highly acclaimed TED conferences. You find can her own viral TED talks online.
If you missed the service yesterday, we hope you'll take some time to catch up with it here:

When your eyes are tired
the world is tired also.
When your vision has gone
no part of the world can find you.
Time to go into the dark
where the night has eyes
to recognize its own.
There you can be sure
you are not beyond love.
The dark will be your womb
tonight.
The night will give you a horizon
further than you can see.
You must learn one thing.
The world was made to be free in.
Give up all the other worlds
except the one to which you belong.
Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet
confinement of your aloneness
to learn
anything or anyone
that does not bring you alive
is too small for you.
