Congrats to our May Consistency Club Members! π₯³π₯³π₯³ It's great seeing everyone commit to the gym month after months, and to see new names pop up as they find a more consistent schedule! Keep up the hard work! πͺπ½πͺπ½πͺπ½
πΊπΈπͺ Our members embraced the challenge that is the Murph workout! ποΈββοΈβ¨ This iconic workout is in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run. Some did it with a weighted vest, some made some adjustments to the movements, and others did a shorter version. Together, we pushed our limits to pay tribute to the brave men and women who sacrificed for our freedom.
What an awesome turnout for our first Guys Night Out at the gym! The guys completed the CrossFit Total πͺπ½π¦΅π½- and the atmosphere and community led to several PRs and TONs of fun! π₯³ They finished this night up with dinner & games and we cannot wait to do another!

Ahren entered our 6 Week Challenge with very clear goals. He wanted to dial in his nutrition, understand portion control, and establish healthy habits. Ahren crushed it!

During our 2023 Christmas Party, we launched our Committed Club, acknowledging 19 members for attending over 1,000 classes π
The Committed Club is not just a list; it's a testament to the discipline, passion, and relentless pursuit of fitness goals. Rain or shine, early mornings or late nights, you've chosen commitment over excuses, and we couldn't be prouder! Today we celebrate their journey to 1,000 classes.
Each member earned a personalized Committed Club mug or tumbler, their name on a plaque in our lobby, and a special edition personalized Committed Club t-shirt with their name.
