FYI!! we will not be able to get minnows  for this coming weekend as far as we know right now!
The local bait shops are limiting us Resort owners.
So please pick up your minnows on the way up.
We will still be able to carry leeches and worms.

FYI our BAR will be closed tonight (Thursday)!

We will be open on Friday & Saturday evening!

Fish was fair for most good fair of nice perch walleye was slow two biggest walleyes were 26 inches we plowed more roads today

We are getting good ice we are plowing roads finally the fishing yesterday picked up things are looking good

Our bar will be Open FRIDAY @ 4:00 pm.
We will also be open on Sunday for the Vikings game !

We are checking ice tomorrow we had a lot of slush we are hoping this cold weather froze it up

Merry Christmas, Seasons Greetings and Happy New Year to Everyone!!
We hope that everyone is surviving this cold snap!! 😳😳 personally it feels like it has been winter since Halloween!
What a busy and nice summer, we had, thankfully the water level decided to go back down to the lake and not on our LAWN!! 😂🤣
I don’t remember what fall was like since it wasn’t here very long!
I believe our first snow was mid Oct. We have had a early and cold winter, so it looks a lot like last year.
This fall we were able to get the new sewer mound completed.
Cabins 6 & 7 new roof coming this spring.
Cabin 9 a new stove.
Cabin’s 6, 7, 8 & 9 had new flooring installed.
New curtains and tub in cabin #12
Along with other random improvements.

Ron is getting ready for the ice fishing season and the 2023 Season!!

Enjoy the winter and we will see you in 2023, if not sooner!

As you may have Noticed by now we are without power at the resort.
We did call the electric company as soon as it went out and we hear there are trucks out in the area we don’t know what happened but we are assuming it must’ve been a lightning strike somewhere???
Hopefully it won’t be much longer and it will be back on before bedtime!!
Typically our electric company is very good a finding and fixing these power outage’s!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

FYI!! There are NO dogs allowed at our resort and if you come by boat your dogs must stay on the boat at all times!

OK everyone once AGAIN
A reminder you MUST take out ALL your garbage (kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms) from your cabins and put them in the garbage canisters outside!!

IMPORTANT: everyone who is ar Wishbone Resort right now, May 30 if you are seeing this message!!! READ… make sure your cabin windows are closed when it starts to rain!
In the event we lose power, it would be a good idea to fill up pitchers or bowls, so you have water to drink and wash your hands with and I would put some water in a garbage can(s) to flush your toilet with! 👍🏼😁
