Happy Home Buyers Month! It may just look like words, but let me give you proof. Here is what all of my Buyer's had in common this month:
1. They all had a Buyer's Contingency, (they had to close on their current house before they could close on their new one).
2. We went Under Contract with their new homes with an offer of under asking price.
3. The Seller's were willing to fix or give concessions after the inspection reports came in.

2 years ago, a Buyer's contract would not be considered with a Contingency, we would have to give over asking price, and the Seller's didn't even consider concessions. Now, that's something to celebrate!

1. Eco Friendly and Sustainable: Lots of leafy green house plants with light, bright, and natural materials.
2. "Smart" Appliances programmable from your phone.
3. Hello '70's! Blush pink, mustard yellow, and avocado green colors with mid century furniture are all the rage.
4. Round edges: We will be seeing curves in chairs, bed frames, and cabinets.
5. Colorful kitchens: Smokey blue and greens are the new painted cabinet.
6. Gold tones are still having a moment. But, in matte.

With all this advice, I still believe that whatever makes your heart sing is the way you should decorate.
