Changing from a tub to a shower means cutting through the foundation and centering the drain.

This home was so dated. It had all original finishes from the early 80s. My client wanted to remodel before selling.
I’ve been helping throughout the process. This home will have wood plank tile, white shaker cabinets and be completely updated.
We will be ready to hit the market next month.

I highly recommend taking the time to go. Tours are free, take about an hour & will be offered until November 20th. This is a rare look inside and it is beautiful!
The Mesa temple originally built in 1927 just went through an extensive 3 year renovation.

Lightning struck 2 palm trees at this Tempe home. The home owners, originally from Hawaii, decided to carve the trees rather than cut them down.

Emotional day for these first time home buyers.
They had been looking for a house with no HOA to have a small farm for a few months. Frustrated that they couldn’t find anything, they gave up.. They started looking for rentals instead until a friend insisted they call me. Within 1 week a perfect home was found.
This is why I love what I do!
Arizona is still in 100° + weather. I thought we could use a little pool inspo to help cool us off.
