Join us for an enlightening and interactive experience at Therapeutic Playhouse, an innovative activity designed to explore the concept of identity and its importance in maintaining mental health.

Held at the ZenChi Lounge, this unique occasion invites participants to dive into the world of art and self-discovery. We will be creating expressive masks through art crafts, a process that allows us to reflect on the different 'masks' we wear in our daily lives.

But the Therapeutic Playhouse is more than just an art workshop. It's an opportunity to delve into meaningful discussions about the significance of shedding these masks and embracing our true identities.

We often wear masks to fit into societal expectations, hide our vulnerabilities, or protect ourselves from emotional harm. However, continuously hiding behind these masks can lead to feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and can contribute to mental health issues.

Through this event, we aim to highlight the importance of standing in our true identity, encouraging authenticity, self-acceptance, and open communication.

April is Sexual Assault awareness month and it is important that survivors have a safe space to share their experiences.

Anyone is welcome, survivors and allies of any gender identity or sexual orientation!

Hope Janea, the host of this event, is a survivor of Chronic Childhood Sexual abuse at the hands of several adult men close to her. She is a certified energy healer and is ready to step into the light to show other survivors that recovery is attainable. She created Growing Pains Healing Co. as a way to spread healing and peace to trauma survivors.

This event is sponsored by, Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC and A Place of Love and Light, a 501-c3 Non-Profit Organization. Their mission is to, “assist individuals, families, and communities in developing and enhancing their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being utilizing holistic approaches to balancing the mind, body, and spirit”.

As the frequency increases if you are not releasing old ways that keep you stuck, releasing fear, doing your shadow work it’s going to get intense!

If spirit has been saying leave that job. Trust and leave.

If spirit say it’s time to step into being the healer your are. Trust and heal.

If spirit is saying this relationship no longer serves you. Trust and release.

If spirit said trust the process ..your job coming . Trust and don’t just take any job due to fear.

If you not stepping into your gift due to fear of judgement of others you recreated you hell of judgment of yourself.

If you can’t trust that Spirt talks and flow through you then you may be in a place of darkened and denial.
