Our founder, John and his lil TV buddy, Zena are binge watching some paranormal shows tonight.
For your viewing pleasure we present to you an investigation of America's most haunted prison - Missouri State Penitentiary, AKA "The bloodiest 47 acres in America" according to Time magazine. We know this isn't a local or Tennessee haunted location but it holds a special place in our Founder's heart. Before moving back to Chattanooga and founding the CASPR team, John lived 30 miles from Missouri State Penitentiary and he's investigated it a total of 5 times... Once as an overnight investigation with former Ghost Adventures crew member, Nick Groff (photo of Nick and John in the comments). Twice John investigated different housing units totally alone. To give you a better idea about how old the prison is: Missouri State Penitentiary opened in 1836, the same day the Alamo fell during the Texas Revolution, and Andrew Jackson was in his 2nd term as President. The year Missouri State Penitentiary was celebrating its 100th anniversary Alcatraz opened its doors for the first time. At the time of MSP's opening Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico weren't even States yet, and the Civil War was still 25 years in the future. Missouri State Penitentiary closed its doors for good in 2004, 20 years ago. Total time of operation: 168 years...
The first part of the video is a nighttime history tour, the second part, an investigation.

If anyone tells you they are an expert or a professional when it comes to the paranormal they are lying. There is so much we don't know and don't have the answers to that NOBODY can be an expert, nor be classified as a professional. Some are more well known or may have more knowledge, that's it! Take a look at the comments on this post... We've included a screenshot of our website's homepage. Note how we classify ourselves as an "experienced" team of investigators. You'll never see the words "expert" or "professional" anywhere on our website or on our social media.
