After Burn, our ever-popular class at our Downtown Y, is expanding to North River! Join the launch on July 16 at 4:30 p.m. Classes will be Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. & Saturdays at 10 a.m. After Burn uses HIIT training to transform your body into a calorie-burning furnace!
