Our director, Patti Harris, has worked very hard the last several months doing a big project with and Project Impact Chattanooga. Her goal in doing this project was to gain insight from our volunteers so that we could know areas that need improvement and areas that are working well. We are so thankful for Patti and all she does for CEF!

Like Paul, we are so thankful for our partners in the Gospel! This summer we had over 15 volunteers help our student missionaries with our 5-Day Clubs in some way! It truly is so beautiful to see the body of Christ work together to share the gospel far and wide. We are so grateful for everyone who made our 5-Day Clubs a success this year!

Last week was our last full week of clubs for our student missionaries! They have done an amazing job leading clubs and sharing the truth of the gospel with so many children! We are so thankful for them and their desire to serve the Lord! Please pray for them as the get ready to start a new school year next month!

Our Good News Conference is quickly approaching! Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend! If you do not yet volunteer with us or you would like your children's ministry workers to have training from us, you are welcome to register and attend! There will be more details to follow! We are so excited to gather with all of you!

This summer our student missionaries are teaching the kids a new memory verse each day! John 14:6 is one of the verses! We love teaching kids the importance of hiding God's Word in their hearts! Will you join us in memorizing this verse too? Comment below when you have it memorized!

Our CYIA Summer Missionaries have closed out another great week of 5-Day Clubs!

This summer our student missionaries are sharing the story of Amy Carmichael during 5-Day Club! Like Amy, we believe prayer is a vital part of our ministry! Would you pray for our student missionaries and the kids hearing the gospel this week? If you do pray for us, will you comment and let us know?

We believe that children are deeply loved by God and are capable of learning and growing in their understanding of Him. Please pray for all the kids that are hearing the gospel this month! Pray that many would trust in the Lord as their Savior! Pray that they would share with their families and many would be saved! Pray also that they would be established into a local church!

Our summer missionaries have been doing an amazing job sharing the gospel with children at 5-Day Clubs
Please continue to pray for our summer missionaries as they continue to share the love of Jesus Christ over the next 3 weeks. Pray that God will work through them to reach these kids with the gospel. Also pray that they will be full of joy and wisdom as they go out.

💛 On May 18, we had the incredible opportunity to reach 739 people with the gospel through Gospel Face Painting at Jfest ! 💛 Thank you thank you thank you to all who volunteered, prayed, and donated!

We’re all set up at Jfest and ready for Gospel Face Painting! We can’t wait to see you!!

Every year, we host a Coordinator Celebration to thank our Good News Club coordinators, to talk about the next school year, and to collaborate on new ideas! Enjoy these photos of our brunch from Friday afternoon 🍊🍋 We are SO thankful for them and everyone who has a part in helping us reach more children for the Kingdom!!

JFest is less than a month away and we couldn't be more excited! Last year, in the POURING rain, we painted over 500 faces - that's 500 children who heard the good news of the Gospel! Our hope is that we are able to fly past that number this year (and the rain stays away!).

Our first CYIA pre-training was a blast! Students learned how to share the gospel using the Wordless Book - one of the many ways they'll teach children all over Chattanooga this summer in our 5-Day Clubs! We thank God for these students and the many more not pictured that will be helping this summer.

We had a BLAST partnering with Stuart Heights Baptist Church in sharing the Gospel at their Easter at Coolidge event yesterday! Volunteers from Stuart Heights painted over 225 faces while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. The worship service was wonderful as well as we all celebrated the fact that our Lord is ALIVE! Hallelujah!

Hallelujah! Our Lord is alive - let us rejoice!
