‘Street Cars’ have been all the buzz in the Omaha/CB Metro area recently, but do you know about the first example of an all steel, self-propelled train car in the world? Built across the river in Omaha, Nebraska, the McKeen Motor Car made quite the splash in 1905 when it was built at the Union Pacific Yard.

Join us for ‘W. R. McKeen and Union Pacific Motor Cars,’ presented by Jim Ehernberger, October 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Union Pacific Museum.

This event is free and open to the public, but attendees must RSVP to reserve a seat! See you there!
