Today, October 27th, at all three of our locations, we’re doubling down on our commitment to support our friend David as he bravely battles stage 4 cancer.

For every Ditka pie purchased, we will match all proceeds, with 100% going directly toward helping cover David’s medical expenses.

The Ditka is quickly becoming a crowd favorite, featuring our Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Sausage, Pepperoni, Giardiniera, and Shallots.

Hailing from Buenos Aires and starting his hospitality journey as a busboy in New York City, Emiliano’s passion for the industry has taken him from Brasserie Les Halles to and beyond.

When he’s not with us, Emiliano is spending time with his wife and daughters – from cooking to gardening to traveling. And despite his globe-trotting career, his love for pizza remains unshakeable! Some Chicago favorites include , , and 🍕

3 years it’s been since you and I were making pizzas at home in Oak Park talking about the idea of opening a pizzeria. Shortly thereafter it became a reality. To imagine we’d be here just over 2.5 years into this whole thing with 3 spots and all the accomplishments we’ve had is beyond incredible. I’m proud of you, I’m proud of us. I couldn’t have ever imagined we’d be where we are at this time. To many more accomplishments, locations and shots of Malort.
