MMA Fundamentals, every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30PM, is designed to teach students how to integrate their striking and grappling seamless under MMA rules. Wrestling for MMA is different than wrestling. BJJ for MMA is different than BJJ. And Muay Thai for MMA is different than Muay Thai. Learn how to adjust your game to make it more effective in MMA.
