In a study, researchers discovered that individuals experienced increased feelings of wellbeing, reduced anxiety, and fewer depressive symptoms after journaling 15 minutes 3x/week for just one month. And, improvements over the 12-week period of the study, highlighting the transformative power of mindful journaling.
