I am feeling the sadness, as i should, of a colleague losing his life. A dedicated soul to his wife, family, friends, and his patients. I want to be one that says thank you Jim Skomurski for the many years of service to our profession of merchants of health care. You touched many, healed many, taught many, and inspired many. Salute!

Dr. Meyer has been with Thresholds for more than 10 years, during which, she has served many teams – from Chicago's Southeast and West Sides to Blue Island – as well as helping clients through our integrated healthcare partners at Aunt Martha's.

A graduate of Rosalind Franklin University Medical School with the highest scholastic achievement, Dr. Meyer has solidified her place as a distinguished member of the psychiatric community. She expanded her sphere of expertise and influence with contribution to the Illinois Psychiatric Society - IPS. Through her commitment to Thresholds and community impact, Dr. Meyer received the title of Fellow by the American Psychiatric Association.

We are thrilled and grateful for all of her work with Thresholds. Congratulations on this very well-deserved recognition. 🥳
