Father, I repent from defiling your holy temple with substances that I know are not “premium fuel”! I want to be sin free MORE than fat free. Please forgive me and give me strength for this health journey 🙏🏽 in Jesus’s name Amen

Father God,
In this moment, help me to taste and see Your goodness, fill my soul with the joy of Your presence.

Let Your goodness surround me as I seek to take refuge in You alone.

I choose to medium your word as a way of escape from being tempted to OVEREAT natural food, instead, I will dine on your Holy Word 🫶🏽

Thank you, Lord, for Your unwavering love and grace. I am in awe of the opportunity to know and experience Your goodness each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
