MCA's interior design approach for Aperture at University of Central Florida focuses on a holistic integration of wellness concepts through impactful volumes, intentional use of color, and feature elements. DELIVERING SOON | Installation is underway at an impressive multifamily project in Old Tappan, NJ. We are closer to debuting MCA's curated interior approach that is anchored by the integration of natural elements such as greenery, stone, and wood in tactile, acoustic, and visual methods that is sure to produce measurable results.

DIVE IN | There is clear evidence that being outdoors contributes to our well-being. At MCA we thoughtfully design outdoor areas to include both active and passive activities using a combination of hardscape and softscape to create privacy from each. Lapis at FIU (pictured here) features a resort style pool and spa, multiple grilling stations, cabanas, outdoor fitness and yoga areas and a variety of lounge and gathering spaces.

FULL SERVICE | Installation of all furniture and furnishings is handled by MCA's in-house installation team. Our skilled team has grown to accommodate the vast number of current and upcoming installations and the installers are traveling from one project to the next. We're confident our proven processes and talented team will get the jobs done on time and within budget.

FIELD TRIP | Last week, the MCA design team attended NeoCon, one of the most important events of the year for the commercial design industry. The designers were immersed in the latest trends in furniture, furnishings, tech, fabrics, interior building products and more. We are fortunate to work in an industry and be located in a city that provides us with this opportunity and in turn can elevate our services to our clients.

LIGHTING | Good lighting design can create spaces that make us feel our best, boost our productivity and enhance our well-being. Light not only plays a critical role in how we experience a space, but also how we work, relax, socialize and sleep. It is essential for designers, builders and developers to pay attention to lighting as an important design element in the built environments where we live, work and play.

MCA delivered exceptional results for The Ivy, a luxury rental community located in Chatham, NJ. Our team provided FF+E selection, procurement, and installation for BNE’s upscale development. Our design approach was inspired by the dichotomy between the industrial brick façade and the natural, softened spirit of ivy climbing the brick.
