📢 Event Reminder: Postponed! 📆
Just a reminder that we have decided to postpone our 40th Anniversary Event scheduled for tomorrow, November 1, 2023 in light of recent events, we plan on rescheduling our celebration to spring 2024. Stay tuned for the new date!
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
-Arab American Democratic Club
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the postponement of our 40th-anniversary event, originally scheduled for November 1, 2023 to Spring 2024. The decision to take this step has not been an easy one, but it is a decision driven by our commitment to our community, our values, and our understanding of the ongoing conflict in Palestine.
We recognize the immense suffering that our Palestinian brothers and sisters are enduring during these challenging times, and we feel it would be inappropriate to celebrate our milestone while they are in distress. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the conflict, and we stand in unwavering solidarity with them.
We will keep you updated on the new event date, and we hope that you will join us in the celebration when the time is right. Until then, we encourage you to stay engaged with our community and stay informed about the ongoing developments.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We are confident that, together, we can overcome the challenges we face and build a brighter future for our community.

Yesterday board members had the opportunity to celebrate Jordanian Independence Day. We heard from community members and elected officals commemorating Jordanian-Americans who have paved a way and made true change in the community. Raising the Jordanian flag in the Daley Center signifies the mark Jordanians continue to make in this country.
