Congrats to our Latin School alumnus, the talented actor and comedian, Ike Barinholtz '95 on winning "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire!" 🎉

Latin alumnus and acclaimed filmmaker, Dan Halperin '71, has unveiled the remarkable tale of his father, Robert “Buck” Halperin, a WWII hero and Olympic medalist who is believed to be among the first to storm the beaches on D-Day. His research and documentary pays tribute to his late father and his heroic legacy.

Latin alum Darius Dennis '02 and his crew of Chicago artists transformed a blank wall into a stunning gallery, celebrating their love for Englewood! 🎨✨

In Englewood, mural features a gallery of portraits The artists who worked on the mural were Joe "Cujo Dah" Nelson, Max Sansing, DredSke, Everett Reynolds and Oscar Joyo.
In 2019, Latin alumna Danielle Drabkin '95 founded Pear Chef, which is a reimagined room-service concept that brings chefs and culinary teams on-site to urban buildings. For the last couple of summers, Danielle has offered internship opportunities to current Latin students.
This summer, rising senior Andrew Z. has been working side-by-side with Danielle learning the business side of Pear Chef. As part of this experience, he has had the chance to sit in on client meetings and be part of major brands.
Danielle says she loves hiring Latin interns. "They are literally incredible. So smart, so intuitive. I pick them over the MBA interns any day. Truly!"
