Wow, almost 4 years have flown by here at I owe a debt of gratitude to Jenise for her incredible support. 💝 When I ventured into opening my practice in November 2019, little did I know how challenging it would become with the arrival of Covid and having to shut down after being open on my own for only 4 months. 🫠 But in June 2020, Jenise took a chance on me. She reached out and offered me a space, a lifeline when I needed it most. It’s true, once you answer the call, the universe aligns to support you. 🤲🏽Through the ups and downs of owning a practice, I’ve discovered so much about myself and my capabilities. Jenise, thank you for your belief in me, your guidance, and your unwavering grace. Your kindness and support have been a beacon through it all. As I bid farewell to this chapter, I eagerly embrace the new one ahead. My time here at Sanar Aesthetics will soon come to an end. My last day here will be on the 30th of this month. Permission to slow down and . When we get stuck in sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system it’s hard to feel that being in parasympathetic (rest and digest) is safe or even the right thing to do.

Breathing slowly and intentionally is a beautiful reminder to come back to your body and ground. You can be soft and stable. 💪🏽💖 You can be safe and hold yourself.

For new people Hi, my name is Shirley! I am First Gen, Q***r, Latina business owner, and Holistic Practitioner. I have been licensed in Massage Therapy for over a decade and certified in many different modalities over the years like Thai Massage, Shamonic Reiki, Myofascial Decompression cupping, Functional Range Conditioning, EFT Tapping, and Postural Restoration. I am soon to be certified as a Pilates Teacher this year too! 🤗 I also like to use other tools in my practice like sound healing, oracle cards, astrology, and essential oils. ✨

I am a big believer in treating holistically- meaning I am interested in the whole person. Mind, body, and spirit. In many of my studies over the years for both eastern and western medicine I have seen a big disconnect. This is the reason why SpiritScienceMedicine was born. 🌀

I have spent a lot of money and time trying to figure out what will work best for every person in front of me and I have come to realize just how much SpiritScienceMedicine really is a marriage of many things. I find which modality is appropriate to use at different times because what matters is what will work for the person I see. Every treatment is individualized to what you are coming in for. 🔹

It’s not a secret that I love using sound healing in my sessions!! 🎶✨

Music has impacted me since I was a youngling 🐣 mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I know I am not the only one either! I’m sure you can easily think of songs that make you happy, sad, angry, focused, etc.

Little did I know I would be using to it in practice to help others connect in their body. The practice of sound healing isn’t new, however I love that science can now verify at what level it can impact us at! How cool is that?! Yay science! 🙌🏽

I am so excited to announce that any sessions that are booked on a full moon will now include a full moon reading and a sound healing bath. Yes, that means wether you book a holistic massage, postural restoration treatment, or an eft tapping session you will also get this extra love for free. 🫶🏽🥰

If this entices you then we will take some time from the original appointment time to integrate this. Meaning if you book an hour then we will use the last 15 to 20 minutes for this. I will not extend the time of the original appointment for this unless you would prefer that! For example, if you want to keep the hour but want the last 30 minutes to go to this you can book a 90min session and just let me know in the notes when you are booking! 💖

If you would rather just keep your regular session without any of this that’s okay too! I want to call in the people who love working with nature like myself. 🌳

Full moons are all about releasing and letting go before the new cycle begins again. We don’t want to carry old stuff onto a new cycle and I wanted to include this special offering to help with just that. This is something I have been wanting to incorporate for a while and after finding some stillness I knew it was time to create this and share it for those that love to work with nature too. 🌕🌑
