I want to take time and say I APPRECIATE ALL OUR MEMEBERS for creating such a loving & accepting enviorment here at our facitlity❤

I went to a "public" gym the other day for the 1st time in about 15 years aaaaand yeaaaaa.

Things havent changed 🙃🙃

Old naked dudes in the locker, guys creeepin/approaching girls, people (unfortunatley) doing exercises wrong, crazy cardio maching people, ego lifters, people you dont want to run into ETC ETC 😐😐

Thats the gym though. As disfunctional as it sounds.... unfortunely thats the only exeprience people have EXCEPT OUR MEMBERS :)

We arent a gym. We're a community, a team and a lifestyle 🤙

We are here to show you how to reach your goals and support you all the way through!!

So if you've had a horrible gym experience in the past ... PLEASE DONT GIVE UP🙌🙌

💥Improve Your Lifts Instantly💥

The biggest mistake I see most beginner/intermediate lifters/members make is that they dont focus on posture or they start to break it when reps get tough.

-

90% of all lifts are going to require your shoulders down - chest up - slight lower back arch - then you focus on your movement and contraction of the muscle group BACK LEGS ARMS CHEST SHOULDERS ETC

This will allow you focus on the targeted muscle group/exercise, improve the quality of your lift so that you get GAINZ faster and most importantly..... prevent injury 🤕
