Client strengthening his POSTERIOR chain with solid RDL technique.
All too often people state they're "deadlifting", but when their form is critiqued, their a$$e$ are elevated and legs almost straight (slight bend in the knee). That my friends & followers is an RDL, not a Deadlift, which primarily targets the hamstrings, glutes, back (low back).
With Deadlifts, there is greater knee flexion, similar to a squat, which hits a lot of quads/glutes/back...with some hamstrings.
Know what exercise you're trying to perform, what movement patterns are involved, and what muscles are the prime movers👍🏼.

Shoutout to our Online & Contest Prep client, .13, who's taking home some hardware in her first Figure competition. 5th place in a very tough A Class (1st place winner taking the overall).
She dropped over 30lbs and 7.5 inches off her waist prepping for this moment, and every training session, cardio bout, and macros sacrificed counted.
