The Office of Sustainability is hosting a NatureScape Workshop on Saturday, October 5 with presentations by experts covering water-conserving landscapes. Workshop attendees who select the "in-person" option will receive a free, drought-tolerant plant! Registration is required to attend the workshop for both formats.

The Chula Vista Community Shuttle is here for you! 🚗 Whether you need to get to an appointment, visit family and friends, catch the trolley, or grab lunch in northwest Chula Vista, leave it to us. The shuttle is FREE for passengers aged 55 and over, and $2 per ride for passengers under 55. You'll be riding in no time!

Don't leave used dog waste bags out! Dog waste bags do not break down and are a major source of litter that can get into our storm drains and into our watersheds. Keep San Diego doody free—go to projectcleanwater.org/doody to learn how.

The next free compost event for Chula Vista residents is happening this Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Otay Landfill (1700 Maxwell Road). Don't forget to bring your shovel, containers, and tarps! 💚
