Once contingencies are cleared, sellerโs can have the satisfaction that their escrow is closing right around the corner and most of the time more than half way through to the finish line. Sellerโs are pleased with their update, although often there is anxiety because we are not 100% complete and nothing is guaranteed. In my experience, 90% of my escrows do in fact close escrow once contingencies are cleared - this is a GREAT update indeed moving in the right direction towards a smooth closing. โฃ
