Let me first start off by saying I have had the extreme pleasure of both selling a property, and purchasing a property with this group and both experiences have exceeded my expectations. Anthony walked me through every step of the way, has always been thorough and explained every single step and question I had from beginning to end as well as follow up. His upbeat positive personality is infectious and uplifting which is something I overlooked during a stressful time. And for that I'm appreciative. I know he has other clients, as I can see by all the other wonderful reviews, but he somehow manages to make you feel like his only client with the great attention to detail and the way he makes time for you. I also want to say that I did try using another realtor, someone who was recommended to me and the difference in the way I was treated just couldn't compare. Anthony is a skilled negotiator but also fair with the sellers; it was important for us to have a realtor who cared about maintaining positive relationships with all parties.
In the end, Anthony negotiated close to $40,000 in seller credits for us and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were comfortable throughout the whole home buying process.
