Therapeutic Thursdays: RAIN a mindfulness technique for difficult times.
Mindfulness is a self-care practice that can help you cultivate more compassion for yourself and others, along with easing difficult feelings of stress and anxiety. Mindfulness is a not only a practice, but can become an integral part of your life and how you move through the world.
