This 2 hr workshop will provide you with a base of knowledge about the pelvic floor, why it's an integral part of movement, and give you tools to help you restore your pelvic floor function. Through mindful movement exploring body alignment, breathing, and muscle activation you will have a chance to practically apply what you learn and leave this workshop more at home in your body.

It is important to build our ability to both contract and relax our pelvic muscles. And when those pesky symptoms like pelvic heaviness or pain come up these are great ways to bring relief.

3️⃣ ways to relax your pelvic floor & relieve pelvic symptoms

✨Child’s Pose

✨Supported Legs on/up the Wall

✨Happy Baby

Hold each pose for 30 sec or more, being mindful to breathe slowly, and relax the hips, glutes, belly and pelvic floor. You may feel an opening sensation in your vulva/perineum/anal region.

Today is infant and pregnancy loss day…
I have personally had 2 miscarriages- one between each of my kids. I had pelvic floor symptoms after my first one and it is a big part of how I got into pelvic floor training.

I have walked along side many women who have experienced infant loss in many different ways and it is a sisterhood of loss that I never wish for anyone to be a part of but the knowledge that we are are not grieving alone is sweet.

Thinking of everyone who has experienced this today and everyday. I hold you and your little one(s) close to my heart

Hey Friend, I am a certified personal trainer through ACE who specializes in pelvic floor re-strengthening and postnatal fitness. I am also a mama, a former collegiate runner, and an active duty military spouse. I am passionate about building community and providing resources to those in need. Because of this passion, I have a long history of teaching and coaching all ages and abilities. Since becoming a mother and personally experiencing two miscarriages, I have turned my focus to coaching and empowering women who want to move confidently in their bodies no matter their fitness level by helping them reconnect to their pelvic floor and breath.
