NEHS would like to Thank Dunkin Donuts on Tiny Town Road for supplying the donuts for our weekly trivia winners! Ms. Zecoria Williams class was the 7th caller for Week 3 of our trivia contest and her class got 3 dozen of donuts to share with the class!
This weeks trivia question was 600 years ago, people would make pots out of this organic material. Since there were no banks back then, people would put their extra coins into these pots. Over time these coins pots turned into this popular farm animal that shares the same name of this material because they roll around in it to keep cool. What is the name of this material?

Thank you Dunkin Donuts on Tiny Town Road for the continued support of our call-in trivia game. Go Eagles ๐ฆ

This weekโs trivia question is geared around football because we are excited to see our Eagles today travel to Green Hill tonight for the first football game of the season.
When several words start with the same letter and produce the same sound, this is called alliteration. For instance, our local NFL Team the Tennessee Titans is an example of alliteration. In the NFL there are three other teams that have alliteration in their team name. If you are the 6th caller and can provide me one of the three teams, you will get yourself three dozen donuts to share with your class. This weeks winner was Ms. Jennifer Tilden!! Congratulations!
As always we like to thank Dunkin Donuts (another example of alliteration) on Tiny Town road for sponsoring our weekly radio trivia on our morning announcements.
Correct answers are:
Buffalo Bills
Jacksonville Jaguars
Seattle Seahawks

In 1947 the American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) created the modern area code system. Some of the original area codes were: New York 212, LA 213, Chicago 312, and Detroit is 313. 1947 it was advantageous to have a low area code number because we were using this form of modern technology to make our phone calls. What was the modern form of technology being used during 1947 that made in advantageous to have a low area code number?
