In the U.S., Hispanic, Black and Asian adults are less likely than whites to receive treatment for mental health needs, and, in fact, are often underdiagnosed and more likely to experience negative outcomes. Minority Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us to ensure that everyone's mental health is being cared for and that we work collectively to eliminate health disparities.
