We had so much fun hosting a Women Empowered Workshop for the ladies at Behr Laser and Skin Care Center . It was awesome to provide a team building activity for their staff while teaching them the importance of women's self-defense. Thank you ladies for joining us. We love seeing our students excel in Black Belt Club. Everyone is paying close attention to Coach Roger for the day's lesson.

In Jiu-Jitsu, we learn distance management techniques in order to stay safe in a fight. However, once a weapon is introduced into the equation everything changes, including our strategy.

Join us Saturday morning in Fresno for lesson 12: Weapon Defenses and learn the four rules regarding weapons.

1. If they want something material, let them have it.
2. If they want to intimidate you into isolation, do everything in your power not to go.
3. Feign compliance and negotiate the weapon out of the equation.
4. Break the arm and take the weapon.

Long hair is a liability... for the bad guy that decides to grab it.
