We did not get many pics but…..
Here’s Rosh Hashana! We (me and Jess) baked so many beautiful round loaves! Raisin, plain and sesame. A dozen honey cakes and some pastry boxes with honey ginger snaps, apple rugelach, apple cardomom shortbread, and these sesame rings. These I made for the first time, and they are delicious, lightly sweet with a touch of orange zest and a cakey texture.
All of these, on menu now for fall at Goldie’s. We hope you will come try them.

I’m already making apple filling for rugelach and candying the ginger for the honey gingersnaps and honey cakes! And it smells AMAZING in here. Get your orders in by Monday for Wednesday 1pm pickup.

You sent me wonderful folks to lend a hand. I was able to find the help I need, and I’m so excited to see what we can do as we gear up to fall!

Beginning the search for that next special someone to help me carry this load, and do this fun fantastic work, creating and baking pretty much everything but the bagels. Rugelach, challah, babka, cookies, knish. Shifts start at 5am, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Saturday Sunday. The right person will have a reliable vehicle, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn and take initiative.

Last chance for this June Pop-Up. Go in today 2:30-4:30 for super yummy pretzels and let Billy know that you’ll stay tuned to see how his dream materializes. It’s been a pleasure to host the start of his new venture. Can’t wait to see him build the Wagon part!
