Today, Council Chair Jesica Mackey (District 9) attended a groundbreaking for Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc. (MIRCI)'s new Millwood Place Transitional Living Youth Home.
The facility, on Millwood Avenue in Columbia, is for female-identifying youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
