Twice a year we ask employees to nominate a co-worker for our Outstanding Achievement Award. We select someone who exemplifies our principles which contribute to achieving the Construction One mission. We received many amazing nominations (because we have many amazing people!) but one stood out and made us look at the last few months in an entirely different way. This person's unconventional nomination for our whole C1 team was right on the mark. Our team has rallied!

Our team has secured new customers, while continuing to provide excellent service for our existing customers.

Our team has made major transitions with our work structure and setup without any major hiccups.

Our team is energized and excited about the work ahead of us. The challenges are being conquered and the hurdles are being cleared. All of this is done with a smile and creativity as we navigate a very different construction climate.

Congratulations to the entire C1 team! You have all made a great contribution and deserve to be recognized for your achievement.

This is such a great idea! J. Crew is giving customers a chance to feel a little normal and maybe even a little pampered during a time when things are everything but normal.

I went to a private shopping session at J.Crew and trying on clothes inside an actual dressing room is the closest I've felt to normal during the pandemic J.Crew recently began offering 30-minute private shopping sessions at assist shoppers during off-hours in the mornings and evenings amid the pandemic.

We love to see our customers do great things!

It's exciting when a building starts to look like reality! The reality of this building is it is set to be an amazing place for children to learn and grow. BrightPath Active Learning we are happy to be part of your team.

Honored to have this artwork on the outside of our building. These young people (who also happen to be family!) remind us all that as a nation we need to do the work to be the change.

We love to get our hands dirty! Wash stations at our outdoor job sites help keep us safe and healthy.
