⭐️Hi everyone - long time, no post! As some may know, I will be moving to Columbus, Ohio in June.
⭐️ In the meantime, I wanted to post some open slots I have. This is a perfect opportunity for beginners to build up strength and confidence prior to joining The Wellness Studio (or any other group fitness) classes!
⭐️ TRX suspension training, dumbbells, kickboxing, and body weight exercise training.

Hi 👋 For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Hannah Robertson. I am a health, wellness, & nutrition coach, + an ACE certified personal trainer in Findlay, Ohio.
In May 2020, I graduated from THE Ohio State University with a degree in Nutrition (and a minor in business but that’s boring.) In late July of this year, I obtained my ACE personal training certification.
After graduation, I worked at a small clinic alongside a PA-C where I guided clients to a healthier diet and lifestyle. The most rewarding part of my job was seeing my client’s weight drop, A1C and cholesterol lower back to normal, and their quality of life improve. In addition, I ran a CDC-approved Diabetes Prevention Program & personally trained the employees at their lunch hour.
Through that experience, I realized I found my passion. I later decided to go off on my own and eventually created .wellness 💚
I now work independently through gym, where I get the privilege of working next to my mom every day.

Recently, members were able to join a Wellness Kickstart where they were encouraged to eliminate sugar & various other foods. BUT, they were also encouraged to add more veggies at each meal, get 10K+ steps a day, and drink more water.
The result? More energy, better sleep, less cravings, and a leaner body.
The conclusion: when changing your lifestyle and diet, don’t focus solely on cutting out the “bad,” & instead make an effort to add more of the good.
