A couple of major insights we have learned is that:

1) People do not realize we treat chronic migraines via Botox injections
2) People do not realize their insurance can potentially cover their treatment (medication and injection)

Botox is the only FDA approved neurotoxin for use of relieving chronic migraine pain.

Process for qualifying for Botox for Migraine injections through The Facebar:
- schedule a consultation with an injector at any of our locations
- the consultation is not necessarily free and could be the cost of a traditional office visit (insurance dependent)
- our prior authorization specialists will work to get you approved through your insurance
- once approved, we work with your dispensing pharmacy to procure the Botox and have it shipped to our office
- come in for your injections!!

Treatment frequency is every 84 days (for most insurances).

There is also a subsidization option sponsored by Allergan (parent company of Botox) called the “Botox Savings Program” which offers $1,000 to be used towards each injection and medication coverage (terms and conditions apply).
