fitCAMP is a shared exercise program focused on quick results and lasting benefits. This unique fitness program is designed to be fun, yet challenging!

**Prior intense training experience recommended.**

fitCAMP is 4-weeks: 12 sessions

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
5:45 am - 6:30 am
11:15 am - 12:00 pm

Cost for members is $79; non-members is $105

This training will challenge you in all aspects of fitness: Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular, Power and Flexibility.

🧘🏽‍♂️Charles Gibson was introduced to yoga in 2010; this journey led him to Thai Yoga Massage! He has now been studying and practicing this style of Massage for over thirteen years. He holds certification in Thai Yoga Massage and has successfully completed three levels out of a six level program.

💆‍♀️Charles loves to make people comfortable in yoga poses to help them relax, feel whole and smile!

🚪Charles has been servicing our beautiful Club since the doors originally opened! He notes that our members keep him coming back!

Each posture will be held for two minutes to experience a deep stretch of our fascia, connective tissues. Undesirable tension gets stored in our fascia and presents as pain and disease within the body. During Yin we will begin the process of relaxing and releasing this tension, pain, and thus disease.

Experience deep relaxation at the conclusion of our practice together. Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga and workout routines!
