We will be hosting Ayren "Daprynze" Griffea's 8th Annual Toy Drive & Birthday Bash Hip-Hop Fitness Event! Daprynze is a former dance instructor from our time as the Wyandotte Athletic Club! Every year on his birthday, Daprynze gives to the children in need, and we're elated to have him bring this special event to us!
The event is free to all, as long as you donate a new (non-used) toy for the toy drive. All toy donations will support the children of Natiowide Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House Charities! You may also donate new books, games, electronics if you wish!
So come out Wednesday, December 22nd @6:30pm-8:30pm to have a great time!!!
Check out Power Hour Saturdays w/ Personal Trainer Mike! Classes are held every Saturday in the training zone -11am

On Saturday, October 23rd, the indoor pool will be reserved from 12pm-3:30pm for a film crew shooting a documentary! We're sorry for the inconvenience. However, swim lessons will be out of session, so the pool is free to use before 12pm and after 3:30pm this coming Saturday. Some information about the documentary is attached. Check it out!

1 year ago today I joined Keystone CrossFit‼️
At this time last year I was so unhappy with myself... I was ready to give up.
I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. I couldn't bend over to tie my own shoe because my belly was in the way. I was so scared to join a gym. I was overweight, tired, & unhappy. I remember always finishing last in the workouts, but the community always cheered and encouraged me to "keep going". 😊
1 year later I am down exactly 135 pounds. I can move my body in ways I never thought I could. I am happy with my appearance. I am even more grateful for the community at KCF.
1 year & a lifetime to go ✅💪🏼
