BUT.... we say it’s “too expensive” to take care of our inside. - We stop after 30 days.

We spend hours at Target & Marshalls but say we can’t spend time at the gym. We spend money on Amazon buying senseless things but say we can’t afford our nutrition to make our bodies function better.

We spend massive amounts of money on the outside, the external, yet we say we cannot afford to go to the gym, eat clean, cook at home or give ourselves 60 days in an accountability challenge.

Virtual fitness class forming. This class is for beginners in fitness , anyone who hasnt worked out in a while or anyone who wants to start in a low impact environment and work their way up.interested in this 6 week program starting Feb 7th? Interested please dm me for more details.

My soul has been fed! 22 seniors showed up at Pine Log park and exercised with us! So wonderful to see all the faces we have have been missing!

Hello Everyone,

I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. I has been over 3 months since I have seen a lot of your lovely faces.

I know many of you are with me in being anxious for the gym to reopen. I will continue to make decisions based on the safety of ALL of our members, staff recommendations, facts and the information from reputable news and government sources.

With this in mind, this is the current decision of Jym N Juice Fitness.

Jym N Juice will have a limited reopening in July. Starting July 6, members will be able to make private personal training sessions by appointment only and the space will be available for rent for private events. The use of the equipment (hydraulic machines, free weights, spin bikes) as well as Group Fitness classes are suspended until a later date.

While this may not be the news that you may have wanted to hear from us at this time, please understand that we live in unprecedented times and we are making decisions based on the Greater Good not just one or two individuals.

Yesterday Gov. Kemp announced that gyms and fitness studios among other businesses may reopen on Friday.

Jym N Juice will not be one of the businesses that will be opening this week. While the Covid situation has effected the gym and its employees financially, we are not willing to risk the lives of our staff and members for the sake of making money.

I apologize to those who are inconvenienced but pray for your understanding and compassion for others.

City of Conyers, GA | Home

The Conyers Mayor and City Council met in an emergency meeting on Friday, March 20 and unanimously passed an ordinance restricting restaurants to take out or delivery of food only, closing certain entertainment businesses in which public health could be compromised, and allowing restaurants licensed to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption to sell beer or wine for take-out consumption off-premises.

The Conyers City Council approved a resolution declaring a state of emergency at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 18. Based on information provided from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and local authorities, the council is taking further action in the hopes of reducing the spread of COVID-19.

The city’s state of emergency and new restrictions call for the following:
• All bars, restaurants, or businesses who sell food or beverages for consumption on premises or who provide entertainment on premises shall be closed to in-person dining, consumption of alcohol, or entertainment until the expiration of the ordinance on April 13, 2020.
• Bars, restaurants and other businesses who sell food may offer food for customers to eat somewhere other than at the establishment, i.e. curbside service or delivery.
• If a restaurant is licensed to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption, such business for the duration of the ordinance only (through April 13, 2020) shall be authorized to sell beer or wine for take-out consumption off-premises with the purchase of food.
• The following businesses shall be closed through April 13, 2020: bars and nightclubs, gyms and fitness centers, movie theaters, live performance venues, bowling alleys, arcades and private social clubs.
• The City Council and all other boards, commissions or agencies of the city shall have the authority to conduct meetings and take votes by teleconference.

The restrictions enacted in the ordinance will take effect beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2020 and end on April 13, 2020, unless terminated or extended by the Conyers City Council. For more information, visit conyersga.com or follow the city’s social media accounts.
