Hi y’all! My name is Vianca, but most call me V. Since I can remember I’ve always known I wanted to help others, specifically in the realm of health and well-being. Through education I passionately pursued the study of the mind and human behavior, attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Through experience I’ve gained a passion for weightlifting and moving my body. I’ve learned how the two, the mind and the body, feed off of each other, influencing one another both directly and indirectly, and the importance of taking care of both. My goal is to teach others how to do the same, while simultaneously helping them to reach their own individual goals, both physically and mentally. About him: ✨
Hi, I’m DJ Niculescu and I believe health, fitness, and wellness is not a phase, it is a lifestyle. I am the founder of a culture/brand called 25/8 that embodies the ideas of giving 110% in everything you do more than 24/7…25/8! I am a former Division 1 collegiate athlete who specializes in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and sports specific rehabilitation and recovery. I have also developed a strong passion for bodybuilding and body transformation training which has allowed me to make strong impacts in my client’s lives. I hold a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Physical Therapy. I earned my NASM CPT(Certified personal trainer) and am on track to complete the NSCA CSCS (strength and conditioning Certification) at the start of 2023 before beginning my Doctorate program for Physical Therapy later next year. I strive to enhance the lives of individuals in need of guidance and support by providing physical and mental development through online and in-person training programs. I believe in developing a relationship with my clients to ultimately create an enjoyable experience while training together. I am so eager to get to know you and get started! We’re workin 25/8!💪🏼
