LAST CALL to have your voice heard on this COVID impact survey. IT'S SURVEY TIME! *** Covid Impact Survey ***
The Down Syndrome Association of Orange County (DSAOC) has had to adapt to the COVID pandemic and is aware of the profound impact the pandemic has had on the community we strive to support.
We are seeking information from family members/caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome about experiences and needs, and we will use this information to optimize what we do for the community going forward. This survey has been created in collaboration with Soka University so the findings can be analyzed and published, however, the survey responses are processed in a confidential manner, with participant ID removed.
In order to thank participants for completing the survey and sharing their experiences, DSAOC will raffle off $25 cash gift cards to participants who complete the survey. For more information, please click the link below or use the QR Code.
