We are grateful for all of our Jazzercisers. Check out this study. Harvard Health published a study regarding the importance of gratefulness. One group of people was asked to write about something every day for which they were grateful. A second group was asked to write about something every day that irritated them. After 10 weeks, those who wrote about gratitude were more optimistic and felt better about their lives. Surprisingly, they also exercised more and had fewer visits to physicians than those who focused on sources of aggravation. You can read about the research at Health.Harvard.edu.
I have to brag on our 2 newest customers, both of whom have chosen which classes will work for them and have committed to coming to them every week! I even know when to expect them - Tu & Th pm and Sat am for one and Tu/Wed/Fri am for the other. AND, one missed her Friday class so came Saturday so she could still have 3 classes this week!
